A Mistress must include at least one of our banners on the website associated with the Site. If you would like to create your own banner you may submit the image for consideration. Accepted banners are located at http://www.MidwestMistress.com/banners.shtml .

Mistresses who had their participation terminated, denied or revoked may not use nor attempt to use MidwestMistress.com in any manner.

Mistress Page(s) shall have the information from the Questionnaire, the Site menu systems, and the footer link directory with advertising. Mistresses may provide content and images for the Profile Page but the Site strictly controls the usage of such as outlined within.

Prohibited Content and Actions on or in relation to MidwestMistress.com may terminate any connection or affiliation at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates local, state, federal or governmental laws or regulations, for complaints, or for any infringement or violation, actual or perceived, of the Terms and Conditions.

The following is a non-exclusive list of ACTIONS AND CONTENT PROHIBITED on the Site.

Images or reference to anyone under 18 years old is strictly prohibited. Any image or any information, in any manner, regarding children under the age of eighteen is prohibited and will be immediately reported to authorities with our full cooperation.

Material we believe to be harmful, offensive, slanderous, abusive, threatening, racist, discriminating, or presented in any hateful way is not allowed.

Profile Pages may not contain advertising for other Sites, banners, pop-ups, or any other form of advertising nor any use in connection with "spam" and sending unsolicited messages and/or postings or e-mail.

Termination: Any infraction of this agreement will constitute immediate termination of your use of the Site, including but not limited to chat room, message boards, calendars and forums, without prior notice. If termination is due to any unlawful act it will be reported.

Complaints and Reporting a Violation of these Terms of Service : MidwestMistress.com should be informed of any violation of the Terms and Conditions. If you believe there is a violation you should contact MidwestMistress.com so that your complaint may be reviewed. NOTICE OF 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement. The Site MidwestMistress.com does not allow genital nudity or depictions of sexual acts. We do not create any photography. All images uploaded are by a user, Visitor, or Associate. Authorities need to contact the individual regarding any suspected materials as well as MidwestMistress.com at  queen@houseofsanctuary.com since posting of such materials would be in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Legalities: This Agreement is entered into in St. Louis, Missouri. You agree that Missouri law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and state courts in St. Louis, Missouri. All judgments and interpretation concerning the application and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions are made at the sole and absolute discretion of MidwestMistress.com and the Site.

Severability and Binding Arbitration: All disputes and respective assigns, attorneys, and successors of any kind whatsoever, arising from the transactions of this agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitral claims shall include, but are not limited to, tort and contract of all kinds, and all claims based on federal, state, or local statute, laws and regulations. Arbitration shall be final, binding and the exclusive remedy for all parties for all claims with the fees of the arbitrator being paid for by the losing party, as determined by the arbitrator.

If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction or by approved arbitrator to be contrary to law, the remaining provisions of this agreement will continue in full force and effect.

At our sole discretion, we may determine that law enforcement officials should be notified. In doing so MidwestMistress.com and the Site may provide any and all information we have and cooperate full with the appropriate officials without notice to the user, Visitor, advertiser, and/or Associate. We retain the right to disclose to enforcement officials information, personal identification information, and Internet Protocol addresses pursuant to a subpoena or court order or, in circumstances where we deem appropriate

Advertising: Anyone (business or individual) that is accepted for advertising placement agrees in whole to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse advertisement for any reason whatsoever and without stated cause. Any and all advertising must comply with these Terms and Conditions
